XRANDR support for Real VNC

Paresh,
The VNC Enterprise Edition E4.4 server for Unix provides support for
dynamically resizing the server desktop via XRANDR. This can be handy if
your viewer has a display that is a different size to the desktop, as an
alternative to scaling.
