BUG: clipboarding special characters NOT working

Hello VNC programmers,

this is a BUG since Version 4 (not a unicode story...)
In version 3.3.7 it is possible to clipboard-transfer characters like
chr$(252) from server to client...

Please try it out - I think it is not intended to reduce functionality...
