1) install vnc-server package on F8 machine
2) configure firewall on F8 machine. For testing you will siply stop
it with `service iptables stop` command. But I strongly recommend you
configure firewall correctly.
3) run `vncserver :[number_of_display]` and you should be able to
connect to Fedora machine from Windows machine with viewer.
