Unwanted failed incoming WINVNC connections

The way we deal with this is to install ZoneAlarm (www.za.com) and 
Hamachi* (www.hamachi.cc).  In Zone Alarm, put the Hamachi address 
into the trusted zone (along with any local IPs) and the deny VNC 
Internet access.  VNC is still fully accessible over the local and 
hamachi addresses but any incoming traffic directly from the Internet 
is denied.

*Hamachi is a simple to use VPN.
