Q) Too many security failures - how to reset the password?

    Well, you get this message not because you've inputted a wrong
password many times, TOO many times.

    I don't know, but if you have physical access to the VNC server
computer, try to restart the service.  Maybe this could help. 
Otherwise, wait for a few minutes before restarting again.
