And miss out on all the fun of a trip to the datacenter? It's better than going to Disneyland!
Seriously now, I assume you're running windows 2000 or 2003. Why not just use remote desktop? You can use that to manage your server, provided you have a password for the admin account. And you won't even have to install any kind of vnc or terminal licenses, provided you only need only one or two admins. Plus you get the benefit of Active Directory integration.
