Hello,

I am encountering the following *Error message: Windows cannont access the
specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to
acces the item.*

*When I attempt to log into VNC Viewer 4.   I have had the viewer installed
on my computer and I have been using it for the past month. Then all of a
sudden I started receiving this message as of this morning.*
**
*Any advice on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.*
