Vista - Personal Edition - No Options pop up

Just updated from 4.2.6 to 4.2.8 hoping this would resolve issue but it did
not.
During installation of 4.2.8 the Options pop up appeared and I configured a
password.
When installation was complete, I permitted VNC Server in Windows Defender
and okayed it to the Windows Firewall.
A right click on the VNC server system tray icon brings up a list but
selecting Options does nothing!
Any clues as to what needs to be done to get the Options back on screen?

I have the same issue here. Seems to be a Vista issue??
I have been able to connect between two XP machines with no problems. With
Vista machine, I can only connect from the Vista desktop, but not from XP to
Vista. I get the "No password configured for VNC auth" when I try to connect
from XP to Vista.
