can not open color style manager in Solaris

Hi,
   I'm using VNC 4.1.2 Free edition,  server for Solaris and viewer for 
windows.
   The xstatup is configured as follows:

#!/bin/sh

xrdb $HOME/.Xresources
xsetroot -solid grey
xterm -geometry 80x24+10+10 -ls -title "$VNCDESKTOP Desktop" &
dtwm &
-------------------------------------------
  When I choose "Desktop Controls"->Color Style manager", I got error dialog 
with the following info.:

---------------------------------------------
        The color portion of the Style Manager will not operate because the 
color server is not running. Check $HOME/.dt/errorlog.
----------------------------------------------

   Do anyone has any idea about this issue?
