E-trust and VNC

Hi

I am currently using Windows XP SP2 with E-trust ITM
anti-virus/pestpatrol r8.

If I try to install VNC everything seems to go through but the WINVNC4
exe and the config program are deleted after a few seconds.

When I disable the E-trust and reboot, the VNC program installs and
works fine.

I've tried to exempt the WINVNC4 as a process and also the VNC Directory
to no avail

Does anyone have any more ideas?
