Connection closing when Admin privileges are needed in Vista

Looks like the Admin privileges / Security popups are easily disabled by
running "MSCONFIG", going to the Tools tab, and running the Disable UAC
(User Access Control) script. Is there any plan to support UAC in Vista in
the future?
