vnc-E4_2_7b3-arm_pocket_viewer.exe and the Panasonic CF-08

Hello !

I need a version of vnc for the Panasonic Toughbook CF-08 and have
tested vnc beta 4_1beta1 och vnc E4_1beta2. Both are working ok
but when I tested the latest version E4_2_7b3_arm_pocketpc_viewer
I get an error message:
Cannot find 'vnc viewer' (or one of the components). Make sure
that the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are
available.

What is different in version 4_2 compared to 4_1, is it using any
library that is not available in my Panasonic.
