query on VNC 3.3.7

Hi,
 
Question to connect between PC to PC I need to install and run the VNC server software on the PC or server I want to connect to and install and run VNC viewer on the other PC. Question using MS windows OS "XP" or "2000 Pro" is it supported?

Hi, I like to query can this version of VNC viewer be able to connect between PC to PC with both OS running MS windows XP? The only network connection is using cisco VPN via the internet? RegardsBenjamin Tan
