Using Viewer to remote my PC

Thanks for your quick response
a) Did you install the VNC Server on the PC ?
I have already installed the VNC Server on the PC which works as Server.
b) Did you open up the necessary port on the remote router ?
I do not set up any firwall (even Window firwwall also disable) on the Server
PC.
