OK - maybe this contains the explanation. I find that the problem seems to
happen if I run two VNC viewer instances and then close one. I have not 100%
reproduced this (at the moment it's working for me and I don't want to break
it), but would that be a known issue with 4.1.1? If it isn't I can take some
time on the weekend to definitely prove to myself that this is or isn't the
case (that running two clients confuses matters).
