Disable the ability to close Client connections

I work in a large agency that supports over 4000 computers, we currently 
are deploying the RealVNC Enterprise Edition and would like to change a 
few configurations.   We have 1000+ public machines and would like to 
either hide the tray icon or remove the choice to close connections or 
to view the connections and close them in that way.  If anyone can 
assist me by giving me the registry entries to accomplish this it would 
be much appreciated.  I have tried guessing at several and none have worked.
