Center wheel won't paste with Microsoft Intellipoint in vncviewer

Hi Phil,

I'm not sure what "this" is, but two possibilities are that:

- Your Unix system isn't configured to know about the middle button of the
mouse.
- Your Windows system isn't running anything software to magically convert
middle-click into a "paste" operation (middle-click-to-paste isn't a
standard feature of Windows).
