Listening viewer - Asking for connection

Hi,

I would like to know if is possible to setup Listening Viewer to ask for
connection when a user tries to connect.

I.e. I always have the listening viewer opened. When a user wants my
help, he clicks on a desktop icon that is a shortcut to: realvnc4
-connect:192.168.0.x (my IP Address) and I connect directly to his
machine without asking.

Is it any way to receive a dialog and to choose to connect or not there
(in mine, listening viewer machine)?
