Problem: QueryOnlyIfloggedOn

Hello,
We have configured our VNC 3.3.7 in a way, that the Query will only be asked, when a User is logged on.
For safety- and distributing-reasons, all registry-entries were made in the HKLM-section.

No, we try to upgrade to version 4.1.2 (Free-Version of VNC).

My Question:
Is it possible to configute the VNC-Version 4.1.2 is this way?
   -Using only the HKLM-section of the registry
   -Query: User is logged on: will be asked
           no User logged on: no Question
