connection timed out

Hi,

I have installed a vnc server and viewer on both my pc that are behind a personnel firewall and router.

pc1: xphome
pc2: vp pro
router: us robotic (i give this information but it is irrelevant since I stay behind the router)

Everything is fine when pc2 is the server and pc1 is the viewer (I can view pc2 from outside the firewall too)

I cannot view pc1 from pc2 (and surely not from outside (WAN) either).

I tried disabling the AVG-free edition antivirus AND windows firewall (on both PC just in case).

I am able to ping PC1 from pc2. I tried the soft at vnc.com and they say my server is found on pc1?

What can be wrong??? Anyone have any idea? I am about to give up after long hours behind the keybords!
