VNC Free Edition Issue

how do I point my Linksys router to allow someone to VNC onto my home PC?
 
 
remote desktop works just fine, but I need to allow my tech guy to VNC on so
I can see what's he's doing on my home PC while he's doing it.
 
it saids not accepting new connections
